Sunstate Vending provides a comprehensive software subscription covering the costs of your payment processing system, age verification system, and the software analytics platform. This will allow you to link bank accounts to receive payment, access sales analytics to see product performance, understand when your stock is low, stack rank your products for smarter inventory purchasing, and much more. Sunstate Vending provides ongoing support for these services. 

It is important to note that Sunstate Vending is not a done for you business model. We embrace a partnership approach that requires your involvement as a partner of ours. Although this involvement does not require a lot of your personal time, it is important to us as an organization that you have a voice in the set-up of your vending business. 

We provide in depth tutorials on how to set up your business, the required state, and local licenses you will need to obtain and how to obtain them, obtaining sales tax permits, and understanding proper signage that is required on the machine.

Unlike other providers, Sunstate Vending clients do not purchase inventory through us. During your onboarding, we provide you with a network of wholesale suppliers that you can use to directly obtain products at wholesale prices without paying the third-party mark-up. 

Our goal is to reduce minute added costs that add up over time and hurt gross profit margins for our customers. This gives our customers the ability to also control what products they stock in their machines. As experts we will provide recommendations, but you have the autonomy to stock the products you like.
